This is a permanent FTE position located in the SW Metro. HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST The company is an innovator in the biochemical industry and is growing! -document, respond to requests for technical support on hardware and software. -maintain the integrity of the desktop computers through upgrades and new technology. -set up and customize computers Ideally the company would like 3 yrs with current technologies in support of Windows and Apple OS. Experience with digital imaging, Microsoft Office, external storage, communications devices, and LAN WAN desired.
