SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER


We're looking for a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer in Test to play an integral role in advancing our software products to the highest level of quality and scalability by designing, implementing, and creating tools, automating manual processes, automating functional
tests and helping drive scalability in the most efficient way.



Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year with Object Oriented Development in Java, C# or C++
- Experience scripting in Python, Perl, Shell or VBScript
- Script in at least one language such as Python, Perl, Shell and VBScript
- Ability and willingness to use multiple tools or languages to get the job done
- Comfortable in working on back end systems (installing and configuring Windows & setting up
backend phone systems with training)



Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience automating with Selenium
- Any call center or telephony domain experience
- Experience with load, scalability and performance testing
- Experience in automating software in a way that is not record & playback (not QTP, RFT, etc.)
- Experience using VMware

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER


You'll be responsible for the development of software products (feature and service releases) and associated development processes. Additional responsibilities will include resource staffing, assignments, scheduling and tracking for their team. You'll receives work direction
directly from a Director of Engineering or higher.



Responsibilities:
-Manage a team of development engineers with the focus on high quality and time
to market
-Provide leadership on all phases of the development effort for maintenance and
service releases
-Work with a cross-functional team to define the overall project schedule, task
assignments for team members and tracking the progress against plans
-Direct the team in setting strategy and goals, translating the goals into day-to-day
activities and ensuring focus for each team member
-Develop processes and standards for maintenance and service releases
-Attract, maintain and coach a high performance team utilizing individual goal
setting, performance appraisals and career counseling to team members
-Act as the team's focal point for progress reports relating to support trouble tickets
that have been escalated into the group
-Represent team in weekly maintenance/service release meetings
-Oversee and participate (when necessary) in the teams contribution or input into
the definition of a particular product direction
-Oversee and participate (when necessary) in the relationship with third party
partners, vendors and customers
-Interface with directors, product managers, product marketing, support, sales, and

-Ability to communicate clearly on a daily basis in verbal and written form to
audiences ranging from 50 or more people with a wide range of cultures and
backgrounds

-Excellent leadership and personnel management skills related to team motivation,
goal setting and performance appraisals
-Excellent software development process background utilizing a structured
methodology that spans cross-functionally

Strong knowledge of the use of object oriented software development using C++
and/or Java programming languages
-Significant experience managing a team through the various phases of Product
Development Life Cycles (Concept, First Customer Ship, End of Life, etc.)
-Other core competencies will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager



Education Experience:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience with C++, Java or similar Object-Oriented language and 2-4
years at a senior level
- 5+ years of experience managing a software development team

Job Description:
SQL Developer / DBA to design highly scalable multi-tenant databases for new product offering.  You'll be part of a new Agile team and work with the latest in various data technologies including SQL Server, Hadoop, mongoDB, and NoSQL.

- Design and implement a highly scalable multi-tenant database for a SaaS solution in the cloud

SQL APPLICATIONS DBA


Job Responsibilities
: Use your knowledge and skills in data management to help us build our scalable, extensible, multi-tier architecture of the future. Your primary focus will be supporting the data tier of our client-facing applications with an emphasis on data exchange with our clients and partners.
: Data architecture and design. Create data definitions, data models, and data dictionary.
: Planning, design, review, maintenance, and optimization of our MySQL 5.x and MS SQL 2008 and 2012 databases in conjunction with the Software Architect and Software Engineers.
      o Data integrity
      o Security
      o Analysis
: Manage the creation, alteration, and updates of production databases.
: Collaborate with QA to develop a deployment and source control strategy for managing and tracking database changes to multiple environments.
: Design, programming, configuration, support, and training of ETL solutions. Includes creation of extracts of Intellectual Property for loading into client ERP systems.

WEB PROGRAMMER (LAMP stack)


Job Description-
You'll interface with the ecomm Business Analyst and business users and convert that input (in the form of business requirements) into functioning computer code.  You'll also consult closely with the ecomm Business Analyst, Web Designers, and QA resources to assure business requirements are translated correctly into the underlying, functional website code and features.


Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
   : Consults with business analyst, other programmers and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, and interfaces with other systems.
   : Designs or writes program specifications based on consultations with business analyst, other programmers, and end users.
