We're looking for someone to provide technical leadership with a focus on pre-sales engineering, client integration, client implementation, and support. Duties will include monitoring the progress of the team, informing them of their progress, and providing them with the support and direction they need to succeed. You'll work with business partners to develop innovative technical solutions and will be responsible for the implementation aspects of client integration (single sign-on and data transmissions / transformations) as well as client implementation (advanced config, setup, and reporting).

The Client Delivery & Technology Director will also be responsible for providing oversight and management of the technology client support process including root cause analysis of issues and continuous improvement efforts around the support ticket process.
