SOFTWARE ENGINEER MANAGER

We're looking for a solid technologist and visionary that can understand business needs and sit down with team architects to create tangible technical solutions to those ends. Qualified candidates will have come from a hands-on coding background and managed projects in the Microsoft realm (C/C++,.net). Any project exp. where Silverlight and embedded, product based development has been involved is favorable. Experience leading product based development teams is essential.
The essence of what you'll be doing is bringing all relevant players in the cross-functional team together and insuring that delivery of the project is accomplished.
