Data Warehouse Developer (Microsoft): permanent

They're looking for a Data Warehouse Developer to design and maintain data warehouse solutions as part of a team.

-Work as part of a team to develop core healthcare data assets and solutions including new product idea initiatives for healthcare organizations.
-Responsible for design and maintenance of healthcare BI data warehouse including architecture, ETL processes, data integrity, security and performance.
-Responsible for executing projects to create healthcare focused Business Intelligence Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards from multi-terabyte data warehouse.
-Data mining and data manipulation using SQL queries, ETL tools and scripting languages.
-Analyze and interpret information from multi-terabyte data warehouse.
-Compile reports, graphs, and tables based on established methods.
-Must possess analytical skills to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and client perspective.
-Will work with the product management and data operations team to determine market and customer needs

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
-Proven track record for leading and executing complex BI data warehouse architecture.
-Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
-Minimum of three years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS) and Analytic Services (SSAS) or equivalent.
-Experience with ETL, data mining, data cleansing and data warehouse design
-Ability to write SQL statements for extracting and manipulating information.
-Knowledge of MDX queries a plus.
-Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerPivot or Tableau software is desired.
-Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills required.
-Strong knowledge of Unix scripting and MS products including Excel, Word and Visual Studio.
-Knowledge of Healthcare data standards such as HL7, ANSI X12 270/271,835, 837 is a plus.
