They're looking for a Front End Developer with Web Development skills, Web Design, and UX (User Experience) skills.
Technically speaking...
-primary development is PHP on Linux/MySQL & Zend Framework. Windows and MacIntosh also preferable.
-XML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, willingness to learn new web technologies
-knowledge of Model-View-Controller frameworks
Nice to have...
-Flash Apps, .Net Frameworks, Objective C for iPad/iPhone, and Actionscript 3.0
