.NET WEB DEVELOPER

A visionary leader in their industry is looking for a top caliber .Net Web & Business Systems Developer. This is a high impact role and very important in the continuing evolution of their product lines. -Review business requirements.
-Act as a team member on web software projects.
-Participate in full cycle development- design, dev., test, debug, implementation for website components.
-Collaborate with team members reg. UI/look and feel issues.
-Collaborate with enterprise architecture team in the dev. and implementation of interface solutions to enterprise systems.
-Leverage middleware technologies to reduce dev. time and costs when possible.
-Create documentation for web development systems.
-train and mentor Jr. Developers.

needed:
-7 yrs. full cycle web dev. exp.
-3 yrs. utilizing and implementing Microsoft Biztalk (preferred).
-3 yrs. utilizing and implementing Microsoft Sharepoint (preferred).
-Exp. designing and implementing web services.
-Understand web usability, data modeling, and work flow concepts.
-Exp. utilizing a SDM.
-Understand contemporary web dev.

technically:
-C#, ASP, SQL Server, Windows 200X, HTML, JSP, Java, Biztalk, MOSS.
-Client server and web environments.
-UI
-Applications integration and interfaces including Biztalk, MOSS, Middleware, MQ Services.
