This is a 3 month contract opportunity located in Southwest Metro.
TELEPHONY DEVELOPER needed:
-exp. connecting Oracle Teleservice with CTI infrastructure.
-knowledge of Avaya.
-development exp. using the Oracle Telephony Adapter SDK.
-Business Analysis exp. in requirements gathering, working with end-users, and testing.
Environment Description:
Employer uses Genesys with an Avaya switch to handle telephony needs. Genesys routes telephone, chat, and email interactions to the support agents.
The requirement is to integrate with Teleservice to perform actions in Teleservice depending on information captured and sent from the Genesys system and/or read from the CTI events.
