SR. JAVA DEVELOPER
*This in an in-house position.
-Exp. in a Agile/SCRUM/paired programming env.
-Good Java fundamentals,
-Strong Comp Sci fundamentals, not EE skills.
-OO programming at the systems level.
-OO language outside of Java such as Ruby, Smalltalk, and Lisp are highly desirable.
-Someone committed to SOA is not a good candidate.
-Must think outside the J2EE/SOA box.
-Exp. with Test Driven Development is a big plus.
-Flex or Actionscript is a plus but not a show stopper.
-Product Development exp. highly desirable.
-Architectural type exp. highly desirable.
