eCOMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER
-Responsible for all aspects of a new project from sale to deployment, ensuring the overall success of the project while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
-Responsible for establishing an ongoing professional, engaging relationship with all members of the client team assigned to the project, especially with client management.
-Responsible for managing client expectations and their understanding of web architecture
-Responsible for developing comprehensive site requirements, including design, function, and ERP integration.
-Coordinates and manages design development with outside contractors.
-Establishes and ensures adherence to time lines and budget for the project plan.
-Capable of managing negotiations with the client on scope changes and corresponding budget and timeline requirements.
-Provides site support, as needed.
-Makes recommendations on product features, and processes - playing an active role in the continuous improvement of all products and services.
Experience:
-exp. defining and managing complex web projects:
-5+ years overall business experience, with solid client leadership attributes and engagement skills oriented towards determining requirements.
-3+ years Project Management experience
-3+ years web application experience highly desirable
-Knowledge of manufacturing systems and business processes a definite plus.
-Formal project management training a plus
-College degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
