J2EE Applications Architect: permanent

This is a FTE permanent position located in the SW metro.

J2EE APPLICATIONS ARCHITECT

The company is part of the amazing (and often under reported) growth trend in the mid-size company sector. They're 70 years old and are the largest wholly employee owned company in their industry.

They're looking for a resource that will:
-Provide expertise, direction, and assistance to BSAs, Developers, and other Architects regarding Applications Architecture.
-Be a hands-on coder 40%-60% of the time depending on project need.
-Document and develop domain architecture, hardware and network infrastructure.
-Make recommendations and communicate plans for investing in applications infrastructure including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.

Technically speaking:
-App. dev. exp. J2EE
-Web Dev. Framework- Spring, JSF, JMS, Hibernate, SQL, Maven, Software Development Lifecycle (Test Driven Development).
Not necessary but preferred:
-Groovy, Grails, Flex, REST services, Oracle Service Bus.
