The company is a 100+ yr. old mid-sized product development company that specializes in chemical manufacturing. They're privately owned and have been family managed for 4 generations creating stability and continuity. Core products include chemicals that serve domestic and international agriculture markets.
DIRECTOR of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
We're looking for a strong candidate to replace the current Director of IT retiring after 20+ yrs work. You'll report to the President and will have overall responsibility for IT and managing an internal staff of three as well as external resources.
Qualified candidates will have 10+ yrs of IT experience in Process Manufacturing and a strong track record with CDC Software including Ross ERP and Pivotal CRM.
Strong project management and strong business process management is ideal. Business Intelligence skills required as well as an advanced degree (pref.).
Here's what we're looking for in order of importance:
1. IT background/Process Manufacturing
2. Business Process Management
3. Exp. in Ross ERP and Pivotal CRM (preferred)
Salary plus bonus and profit sharing.
