INTEGRATION ARCHITECT

The company is a very high profile Minnesota organization that has been a strong growth story. They're close to a century old and are the largest employee owner company in their industry.

We're looking for a Integration Architect with experience developing Web Services and SOA solutions. The environment is J2EE from an apps perspective and Oracle on the back-end along with Oracle Applications as part of the mix.

Responsibilities:
-provide integration architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to team members.
-collaborate with end uses and senior management to define business requirements for complex systems development and gain buy-in for all infrastructure plans.
-provide guidance and mentoring to jr members of the technical team.
-provide hand on coding between 30%-5-% of the time.
-document and develop in-depth knowledge of assigned domain architecture, hardware and network infras. and technology portfolio.
-overall technical implementation and quality of assigned projects and technical domain.
