SQL Server DBA / Engineer

We're looking for an individual that can design and build database applications and optimize scalable server side applications. We need someone that can work with customers, marketing, and engineering in gathering requirements and functional design. You'll be fully engaged in technical leadership, functional design, technical design, and software development.
Although this position is primarily a development position, strong DBA skills are necessary including exp. with High Availability, Clustering, and Deployment.
-SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, jobs
-performance tuning & analysis tools
desired:
-C#, .Net, XML, Web Services
-exp. in multi-tier software architecture, database design, UML modeling, services oriented architecture
-leadership exp.
