This is a FTE permanent opportunity based in Western Suburbs. 50% travel in Minnesota and surrounding states.
VMware Engineer
-Implement VMware .
-Implement SAN.
-Exp. in Vsphere version 4. pref.
-Work as part of a customer-focused network services team to provide high quality network installation and support services for employer's technology customers.
-Stage customer equipment prior to installation.
-Respond to issues with support services and insure that incidents are resolve.
Technically:
-exp. in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and SAN technologies.
-exp. with VMware ESX server and server virtualization a plus.
-Knowledge and understanding of supporting firewall and other networking technologies.
Compensation includes base and incentives.
