DIRECTOR OF SAAS OPERATIONS

You'll be responsible for leading the Hosting Services team and for facilitating teamwork across the organization. This individual will provide guidanced & collaboration throughout the systems development lifecycle to ensure effective and secure design, build, and operation of web applications and next-generation cloud, SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team in implementing and supporting innovative cloud solutions
• Assess and recommend current and emerging technologies for cloud services
• Participate in architecture design to marry business needs with proper technology (communicate in business terms)
• Ensure solutions are built for high availability, scalability, security, and supportability
• Maintain a culture of continual quality improvement, strong client focus, and responsiveness
• Engage senior leadership on strategy, technology roadmap, business cases, objectives
• Communicate and clarify organizational, team, and individual objectives
• Partner with the CISO, Security Team, and HIPAA Committee for effective controls
• Provide project oversight (partner with Program Management)
• Oversee change management and incident root cause analysis
• Provide performance appraisal and coaching. Motivate for high performance and teamwork
• Communicate upward on work status, obstacles, risks, needs, metrics, and accomplishments
• Own vital vendor-partner relationships
• Continually learn, discover, evolve, and mentor

Experience and Education

• A passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare
• Oversight of policy, procedure, standards, best practices for effective service delivery
• Ownership of operations security safeguards for design and operating effectiveness
• 10 + years supporting web based applications and licensing within a SaaS delivery model
• 10 + years Management experience (including management of remote/offshore employees)
• Broad understanding of system components and their interactions
• Development, DevOps, Agile experience a plus
• Master’s Degree in Computer Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
• PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent) preferred

SENIOR .NET SOFTWARE ENGINEER

You will help design and develop a wide variety of server side and client side platforms. Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems or relevant work experience
5+ years of development experience on the Microsoft stack, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server 2008+
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles
Proficient in C#, with a strong understanding of the .Net Framework
Web 2.0, HTML5 and JavaScript w/SPA framework experience 
RESTful Services, understanding of Microservices architecture. 
NUnit and a passion for a TDD environment
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server SQL, MongoDB is plus
Experience with automated CI environments and tools
Knowledge in scripting in Windows (PowerShell)
Exposure to Git
Self-starter eager to learn new technologies; enthusiastic about researching opportunities.
Exposure to a consultancy environment

Data Quality Assurance Analyst

Your responsibilities include testing of databases and business intelligence (BI) solutions including enterprise data warehouse, reports and dashboards.  Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that specified standards and end user requirements are met.

* Creates test plans, test cases and test data as per business requirements to thoroughly test logic and verify system flow including integration and regression testing 

* Executes tests according to established plans and scripts, documents problems in an issue log, and retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved 

* Writes MS SQL queries to test ETL code based on data mapping and requirements provided and performs extensive data analysis to identify defects

* Provides analysis to identify data anomalies 

* Provides status updates and manages customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project/change

Quality Control Standards and Procedures
