The employer is looking for a resource that has a fluency for digesting & succinctly scripting a wide range of client subject matter. They must often interview client subject matter experts and pre-existing training materials.
Creation of eLearning-based training for everything from product sales information to soft skills to screen capture demonstrations is necessary.
Qualified candidates must have a strong handle on technical writing and leveraging interactive eLearning to help learners achieve a high level of knowledge retention.
Qualified candidates must have strong capability in Adobe Captivate 4 not only software screen capture, but also for it's ability to create branching, interactive slide-based eLearning course. A comfort level packaging SCORM courses for LMS deployment is also required. Knowledge of Flash and skills in visual layout/aesthetics are a plus but not strictly required.
